Opgavebeskrivelse	The assignment consists of analysing potential impacts of Aflandshage offshore wind farm on the Danish Defence’s radars in the Øresund area. The analysis shall – for air defence radars – follow EUROCONTROL Guidelines on “How to Assess the Potential Impact of Wind Turbines on Surveillance Sensors”. For maritime surveillance and Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) radars, a subset of the EUROCONTROL Guidelines must be applied for the analysis. The scope includes a minimum of five radar installations and one installation layout. The analysis shall be summarised in a report including any recommendations for permanent mitigating measures and temporary measures which may be implemented during construction. The supplier is required to liaise with the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) during the completion of the assignment. The tenderer must be security-approved by the Danish Defence Intelligence (DDIS) to process classified information to the degrees “For Service Use” and “NATO Restricted” prior to commencing the assignment. The indicative time schedule is as follows: Invitation to submit tender: 04-04-2022 Deadline for submission of tenders: 25-04-2022 at 1pm Award of contract: 23-05-2022 Commencement of contract: 30-05-2022 Expected delivery of final report: No later than 31-10-2022 Suppliers who are interested in participating in the tender must confirm their interest to the contact person listed below no later than the 01st April 2022.
