| Opgavebeskrivelse | Technical Services (Contracting Authority)is SDU’s Department of Building Operations, Maintenance and Service, and worksdaily to create and operate an efficient and coherent facility environmentacross SDU’s many campus locations. SDU’s increasing requirements for operationand maintenance of the university’s existing and upcoming buildings has meantthat the Contracting Authority considers it necessary to upgrade the currentdigital FM system so that the Contracting Authority can, now and in the future,make sure that they can provide SDU’s many users, management and employees withefficient, competent and modern operation and maintenance of the university’sbuildings. Therefore, the Contracting Authority wantsto purchase an up-to-date digital FM system that can support, optimise anddocument the management of the comprehensive facility services, as well asoperation and maintenance tasks performed by the Contracting Authority on adaily basis. This also applies to the managing of the large amount of digitaldocumentation already available on existing campuses, as well as the FMdocumentation that will be delivered in the future upon delivery of therenovated or new buildings.
