      • Beskrivelse: The Grant Management IT System must be an online platform, capable of handling applications for PhD fellowships from national and international students, and later on, small travel grants from members of the Danish Advanced Research Academy. The platform should allow for a setup, where the submission, evaluation of applications and grant agreement signing are handled online within the IT system. That is, applicants submit their applications included uploads, administrators can assign reviewers/evaluators, reviewers can assess and score applications and ultimately select applicants for funding. The platform should be able to handle the electronic signing of grant agreements. In addition, the platform must be able to report and provide statistics on the application process. The platform must be able to handle GDPR sensitive data and store submitted data at European servers. The IT system must provide an intuitive platform for applicants, administrators and application reviewers. The platform must be adaptable to the visual identity of the Danish Advanced Research Academy, DARA.

The Customer must notify the Supplier of the use of the option no later than 3 months before the option begins. The Contract can be cancelled by either party with 6 months’ notice durings this period.

          • Beskrivelse: In connection with submitting the tender, the Tenderer must complete the documents below, which confirm that the Tenderer: • Is not subject to the grounds for exclusion (appendix 3 – Declaration of faith and law), • Is on the lack of any affiliation with Russian nationals or natural or legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia (appendix 4 - Declaration of honour regarding Russian Regulation 2022/576) • Uses any subcontractors (appendix 7 – Subcontractors) or other supporting companies (appendix 5 - Statement of support) and (appendix 6 – Associations).

          • Beskrivelse: The Tenderer must show a positive equity on average for the last three (3) available financial years. The Tenderer must submit relevant documentation together with the tender to demonstrate compliance with the above requirement, for example, in the form of annual financial statements. If the Tenderer is a newly established company, the Contracting Authority accepts a bank guarantee that ensures the tenderer has sufficient financial capacity to perform the task.

          • Beskrivelse: It is a minimum requirement that the Tenderer has relevant expertise from a similar assignment to the one being tendered demonstrated by one (1) reference within the last three (3) years. With relevant expertise within the categories, the Contracting Authority understands similar tasks that include deliveries to both the public and private sectors as well as single deliveries and deliveries on framework agreements. The references must include: - Description of the deliverance - Name of the customer - Value - Date of delivery and/or period of framework agreement (start and end date). The Tenderer must submit relevant documentation together with the tender to demonstrate compliance with the above requirement.
