| Opgavebeskrivelse | Danmarks Nationalbank is seeking to acquire interest rate data on key benchmark bond series and interbank rates, with the objective of making this information publicly available on the official website: www.nationalbanken.dk. By doing so, Danmarks Nationalbank aim to provide citizens, businesses, and academics with vital in-sights into financial market conditions. Access to detailed interest rate data will allow the public to make more informed deci-sions regarding investments, savings, and financial planning. It shall be possible to download, manage, analyze, modify and create derived data from the information as well as share the data and deriva-tions made therefrom. |

| Uddybning af tildelingskriterier | The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. • Performance of the task: It is evaluated positively that the interest rate data includes past values of the series described in Appendix 1 (Requirement specifications) for as long a period as possible. • Price: It will be weighted positively that the offered price is as low as possible. Offers must be submitted in conformity with the procurement documents accessible on udbud.dk. Furthermore, the submitted offer must include a test data link for Danmarks Nationalbanks’s verification that the offered data series fulfill the requirements stated in appendix 1, section 5. (Requirement Specifications) |
| Udvælgelseskriterier | As a minimum requirement for participation, the bidder shall be able to document a reference, describing the performance of the delivery of interest rate data to at least one existing client. To be clear, it is not considered a minimum requirement that the bidder has experience delivering interest rate data for the purpose of publication. |
