Welcome to Techincal Service & Support
Depending on the specific onboarding process suitable for you, the program will allow you to start in our Four-stroke Small Bore Testing & Control department. You will be directly involved in all processes—planning, testing, verification, and administration—related to our entire portfolio of four-stroke medium-speed diesel and dual-fuel engines, including both generating sets (GenSets) and propulsion engines.

A typical day in this position will involve a mix of development considerations, support, data analysis, and other design-related tasks, including engine components, parameters, and electrical control systems for the engine. The role includes travel activities, as testing will be conducted at our licensees' and customers' locations.

Upon successful completion of the graduate program, you will continue as an important team member in our Technical Service & Support department. The knowledge and experience you gain throughout the program will position you at the center of our continuous development of know-how within our realm of technical services in aftersales. The department consists of two functional groups: a team of six Technical Advisors and a team of 13 traveling Superintendent Engineers, all serving as product specialists for our worldwide network of service workshops and customers in the field of advanced engine control and monitoring systems for the new fuels continually introduced by our green transition.
