The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising compliance documentation across multiple areas, including privacy regulations, trade controls, environmental initiatives, and governance standards. You will be in close contact with our group compliance team to ensure that Cabcongroup adheres to the highest standards while contributing to the preparation of our annual ESG reports and supply chain questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Privacy Management: Manage documentation and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Export & Import Control: Supervise and manage compliance documentation, particularly concerning dual-use goods.
• Environmental Compliance: Handle WEEE declarations, carbon footprint calculations, and other environmental initiatives.
• ESG Reporting: Collect and compile data for annual ESG reports and respond to ESG supply chain questionnaires.
  Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to anti-corruption regulations and internal governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations, export/import control laws, environmental compliance, and anti-corruption laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; Danish proficiency is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Proficient in researching and interpreting regulations.
• Effective communicator with the ability to draft clear and concise reports and responses.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
