We are looking for a high-performing Project Manager to lead and deliver offshore and marine projects to customers worldwide. Are you an educated marine engineer or similar, maybe with a few years’ experience, and do you have a strong wish for becoming a project manager, you might be our new team member.

Svanehøj is one of the world's leading manufacturers of sustainable pumping solutions for the marine industry. Our Deepwell cargo and fuel pumps are uniquely designed to handle different types of gas, and our pumps for the product and chemical tanker segment are tailored to solutions for a wide range of liquid products. In addition, our service department supports first-class service on all our installed pumps in connection with docking, onboard service, and annual calibrations.

You will be part of an exciting, international company with more than 400 employees in offices in Denmark, the UK, France, Singapore, China, Japan, and USA. In Denmark, we are 230 committed employees at our head office in Svenstrup and our office in Frederikshavn.
Solution orientated profile with technical interest - motivated by working with projects.

ABOUT THE JOB
You will be in charge of delivering offshore and marine projects including handover from Sales to hand over to the end-customer. You will throughout the entire project be the main contact – both internally towards Svanehøj stakeholders, but also externally towards the customers.
You can look forward to a versatile range of responsibilities, including:
Sales order review

• Technical product specification
• ERP demand
• Preliminary documentation
• Factory Acceptance Testing
• Final documentation
• Delivery of the project on time, according to specification and agreed budget
• All communication with the customer during the project

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a profile with 0-2 years of experience as a Project Manager preferable in the marine industry. You have a technical background, preferably as a marine engineer or other relevant technical education, which gives you a good insight into the work with technical solutions. You will receive proper training prior to getting your own projects.

As a person, you are collaborative, flexible and have a commercial mindset. You have a good overview and are structured at the same time as you are passionate about technical advice and good customer service. You are known for your high-quality level and ability to provide good support. You can handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment well and can work with multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a team player and thrive on being part of a team where everyone contributes.
