Høreapparatvirksomheden Widex fremviser fortsat vækst i det seneste årsregnskab. Nettoomsætningen afspejler en vækst på 19,9% i forhold til året før.

Store amerikanske ordrer til ABB
ABB-koncernen har hevet flere amerikanske kraftordrer i hus. Ordrerne, der beløber sig til 75 mio. dollar, betyder, at teknik fra ABB Sverige skal sikre en pålidelig og miljøvenlig elforsyning i det nordlige Texas.

Topsil gennemfører købet af Cemat i Polen
Topsil har indgået aftale om køb af 95,92% af aktiekapitalen i Cemat Silicon S.A. Købsprisen for disse aktier udgør 74,8 mio. polske zloty, hvilket svarer til 164,4 mio. kr.

Høier og Vendelbo opkøber NJ Elektro
Sønderborg-virksomheden Høier og Vendelbo A/S har pr 1. oktober overtaget NJ Elektro ApS i Holbæk. Aftalen betyder, at Høier og Vendelbo går ind i markedet for salg og reparation af elmotorer, gear, transmissioner og pumper samt styrker sit salg af industrielle komponenter fra blandt andet Omron og Siemens.

Philips skifter ud i toppen
Ronald Maagdenberg er pr. 1. oktober udnævnt til administrerede direktør for Philips i Norden og Baltikum.

Vestas flytter sit hovedkontor til Århus i 2011
