Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH and LEDIL, the specialist for secondary optics, establish a pan-European partnership. Effective immediately, Rutronik will distribute the entire LEDIL product portfolio of reflectors and lenses for visible and invisible LEDs. In doing so, Rutronik strengthens again its opto-electronics sector, following the franchise agreement with Intematix and Bright LED as well as the expansion of cooperation with OSRAM Opto Semiconductors.

LEDIL develops and manufactures reflectors and lenses for various LED types, for products from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, Samsung LED, Intematix and Everlight. Close cooperation with the LED manufacturers allows LEDIL to launch suitable secondary optics for new LEDs very quickly. Special requirements are met by the Finish lens specialist with customer-specific solutions. All components have comparatively short delivery times because research and development as well as a part of the production are located in Finland. Rutronik and LEDIL focus on street lighting, indoor lighting and architectural lighting as their principal target markets, as secondary optics play a particularly important role for optimum light dispersion.
